On this day I am humbled, for this is a time of receiving the life changing energies. It is time to remove the obstacles that are standing in the way of being who we were born to be. This is a time to stop and take stock in all we are and how we are connected to each other. It is an opportunity, if you so choose. If you are willing join me and take the deepest breath you can, focused on your heart and hold it for a count of 7. When you breath out, see all of the light energies that you are releasing into the Universe. Did you know that when we exhale, we are sharing in the space of Oneness? Keep breathing in and out, enjoy the connection, and watch the light forces from your heart do their magic.
